Leica IIIb, 5cm f2 Summitar 319376

This Leica IIIb 35mm film rangefinder camera body, #319376, is in average cosmetic condition with regular signs of use and normal cosmetic marks. I rate it cosmetically an (8+). The camera is in proper working order; film advances properly, the viewfinder is clear, and the shutter is accurate at all speeds. The rangefinder is accurate, but a bit dim. The included Leica 5cm f2 Summitar collapsible prime lens, #607671, is in similar condition, also rated an (8+). The lens extends and retracts properly and the focus ring is smooth, but the aperture ring is a bit stiff. The aperture functions properly, though there is faint corrosion on the aperture blades. The glass is clean and clear with no haze, marks, or fungus. There are a few faint specks of dust inside, but they do not affect image quality. It is for Leica screw mount/thread mount (LTM). No additional accessories are included; no lens caps or body cap are included. This camera is ready for use! Please refer to the photos for details.
