Leica 5cm f2 Summar 389583

This Leica 5cm f2 Summar collapsible prime lens (Silver), #389583, is in heavily used condition showing significant signs of heavy handling, with paint loss, edge wear, and marks throughout. I rate it cosmetically a (7). The lens extends and retracts properly, but the focus ring is very stiff and the aperture ring is extremely stiff. The aperture functions properly, though there is faint corrosion on the aperture blades. The glass has no fungus, but there is faint haze near the front element, along with coating marks and a few specks of dust inside. It is for Leica screw mount/thread mount (LTM) and other E39 bodies. This lens includes a metal Leica front cap and a generic plastic rear cap. This lens is ready for use! Please refer to the photos for details.
