Seller's Description
Introduced in 1957, the Leica M2 was developed as a simpler and more accessible alternative to the Leica M3. It features a manual frame counter positioned beneath the film advance lever, which must be reset after each film reload. This design is reminiscent of the earlier Leica III series, while the M3 features an independent, automatically resetting frame counter visible through the top plate.
