Leica IIIc, 5cm f3.5 Elmar 395323

This Leica IIIc (Chrome) 35mm film rangefinder camera body, #395323, is in average cosmetic condition with regular signs of use and normal cosmetic marks. I rate it cosmetically an (8+). The camera is in proper working order; film advances properly, the viewfinder is clear, the shutter is accurate at all speeds, and the rangefinder is accurate, although a bit dim. The vulcanite is chipped at the top right corner on both the front and the back. The included Leica 5cm f3.5 Elmar collapsible prime lens, #595578, is in similar condition, also rated an (8+). The lens extends and retracts properly and the focus ring is smooth, but the aperture tab is a bit stiff. The aperture functions properly and the glass is clean and clear with no haze, marks, or fungus. There are a few faint specks of dust inside, but they do not affect image quality. It is for Leica screw mount/thread mount (LTM). No additional accessories are included. This camera is ready for use! Please refer to the photos for details.
